First Investor Arrived to BBP

First investor contract signing On Tuesday, Jan. 12th, Lafarge BFC and Mars Company signed the Contract about the first investment in the Beocin Business Park.

About our first investor:

• Local company "Mars" with international experience,
• Activity planned: production of precise mechanical parts and mechanical treatment of metal, for export
• Employment: 50 new job positions in the first year of activity

Contract signing took place on Jan. 12th 2010 in Lafarge Beocin Cement Plant. The event was attended by, members of Vojvodina Government headed by the President of APV Government, representatives of local community, business sector, many representatives of local and national media and our employees.

The project is also supported by the regional government with grants of 1300 Euro for each new job created.
